Welcome to C-Bar

A uniquely vintage experience for any occasion, poured from the window of a world champion’s trailer.

C-Bar brings the bar to you: a hand-restored horse trailer, Central Coast wine poured well, and a bartender who makes the evening feel easy. We serve rehearsal dinners, sunset weddings in the vines, and everything in between throughout San Luis Obispo County.

Our Story

Born in the show pen.
Raised for the party.

Our founder grew up in Northern California, where her mom introduced her and her older sister to competitive horse shows. The family trained with Bobby Ingersoll and traveled across California competing with reined cow horses.

In 1975 she won a Miley horse trailer. Nearly fifty years later it was still on her parents’ property, weathered and rusting and full of stories. In 2023 her husband, Chuck, saw something else in it: a bar. With their son’s wedding coming up, the timing was right.

The trailer was restored by hand, with its original sign-painted lettering kept intact. C-Bar debuted with a fantastic opening day. Today it’s a family venture, and a small piece of California horse history pouring at your party.
